Welcome to the "borrow a cargo bike A2" program

Cargo bikes can be borrowed during normal business hours for a few hours or up to a period of seven days (including the pickup and dropoff dates). 

The scheduler only allows for one daily appointment at a time! 

When scheduling, you must reserve each day for which you'd like to borrow the bike individually. If you need help, call us at 734-800-6052.

If you are curious and unfamiliar with cargo biking, but think a cargo bike could work for you, then this is a low-cost way to give one a try. This allows you to get your butt on a cargo bike seat and answer all the questions before making a big investment. We will even give you a bit of training and helpful advice to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Loaner helmets are available if desired. The required deposit is refundable within a few days less a processing fee of $25* after returning the bikes and equipment undamaged and unabused.  State Issued I.D. and Credit Card in borrower's name is required. User agreement endorsement at the time of borrowing is required.

*The service fee helps defray a small portion of the cost to administer the program, including deposit processing fees and wear and tear.
